WELCOME, PASTOR!
We are delighted to welcome our new pastor, Rev. Alan Patrick, his wife, Hailey and their children to our church family! We are excited about this new chapter and look forward to growing together in faith, serving our community, and sharing God’s love with others. We pray that God will richly bless our pastor with wisdom, strength, and joy as he leads us. May our church be a place of love, encouragement, and unity as we move forward together in God’s plan. Rev. Patrick will begin his ministry at IMBC on Monday, October 5th.
WORLD HUNGER
The month of October is set aside for this special offering. Our church goal is $2,000.00. You may use the special marked envelope or note it on your regular envelope.
ATTENTION KIDS
All kids are invited to go to Strawberry Hill Saturday, October 24th. We will leave the church at 8:00 am and eat breakfast at Strawberry Hill. There will be a hay ride and lots of Fall activities. We will return at noon. Please sign up by October 21st if you plan to go. See Natalie if you have questions.
MISSIONS OFFERING
Praise the Lord! We surpassed our goal for the Janie Chapman Offering and received $2,350.00. Thank you for your generosity!
WMU GEORGIA BELLES
All ladies are invited to our next meeting in the fellowship hall on Monday, October 5, at 6:30 pm. Join us for this time of mission planning and fun.

CHRISTMAS PLAY
There are still a few spots available for this wonderful outreach in December. We have a few speaking and non-speaking parts available. Please see Mike or Cookie Chastain if you would like to participate in this outreach.

ONE MORE SOUL
The One More Soul ministry will meet in the fellowship hall on Sunday, October 18 immediately following the morning worship service. If you have thought about joining this ministry, today is the perfect time!

BASKETBALL OUTREACH OPPORTUNITY
Registration is now open for our annual basketball program for students, 5K-6th grade. Under the leadership of FCA, we partner with Campobello First Baptist. Practices will begin in December. Fliers are available at the bulletin stations with a QR code to simplify registration. See Ron Fine if any questions.
DEACON’S MEETING
The Deacons will meet in the parlor on Thursday, October 8, at 6:30 pm. Please plan to attend.
ANNUAL POUNDING FOR CHILDREN’S HOME
Each year, the churches in our North Spartan Baptist Association gather needed items for the Connie Maxwell Children’s Home. This year, our church has been asked to collect paper plates. We will collect this item in the cross hall until November 4.
MEN’S BROTHERHOOD
All men are invited to our next Brotherhood meeting on Tuesday, October 20, at 6:30 pm. We will meet at the home of Travis and Amy. Please sign up if you would like to come. See you there!
