The topic for Sunday morning will be “The Touch of An Angel” – 1 Kings 19:1-9. The topic for the evening service will be “Blessed Assurance – Eternal Security” – John 10:27-29.

The youth will be going to Gravitopia in Greenville on Friday, May 26 for a lock-in. We will leave our church at 9:30 pm. The cost will be $15.00 each. Parents are asked to pick up your youth on Saturday morning at 8:00 am. Please see Garrick or Sally if you have any questions.

Please pray for the Men’s Prison Ministry Team as the next visit to the prison will be on Friday, June 2. We will meet at the church for a time of prayer on Tuesday, May 30, at 7:00 pm.

The Nicaragua Mission Team is collecting inexpensive, new flip flops for their trip in July. Please bring flip flops and place them in the marked bins at the bulletin stations. Thank you!

Please begin to pray for our upcoming VBS. Our theme this year is Galactic Starveyors and we will be discovering the God of the universe. The dates are Sunday, June 11 – Thursday, June 15, from 6:00 – 8:30 pm. We will have classes for ages 3 years old thru adults. Parents, plan now to bring your children and stay for the adult class!

The Mother’s Day topic is “Portrait of a Godly Mother” – 1 Samuel 1:9-20, 24-28, 2:19-21.
