Morning Prayer Service by Dr. White – Wednesdays at 10:30 am
Dr. White will share a morning Bible study in the chapel. This will consist of the same message that he will deliver in the evening. If you are unable to attend at night, this will be great opportunity for you! Invite a friend to come with you. This will be a weekly service.
Pastoral Candidate
The candidate selected by the pastor search committee will be presented on Sunday, August 30 during the morning worship service. He will deliver a sermon and the service will not be live-streamed but will be available at a later date. We will vote by paper ballot immediately following the service. Please plan to stay for this important vote. The votes will then be counted and results will be shared at that time. Continue to pray for God’s Will for IMBC!
Fifth Sunday Singspiration
Sunday, August 30, 6:00 pm
We will have our “own folks” to sing and praise the Lord. If you would like to sing, please let Travis know as soon as possible. If you will be singing with a track, please see a member of the sound team. If you would like for our accompanists to play, please schedule a time to rehearse prior to the 30th. The cutoff date to participate will be August 26. We look forward to this special time of worship.

Join us in the Hames FLC for this annual fundraiser. Guest speaker will be Dr. Jimmy Littlefield. Sign up at the office window by Aug. 30.
Breakfast of Champions
We look forward to another year of ministry to the Chapman High School football team and cheer squad. Our men serve breakfast each Friday morning during the season. If you would like to help in any way, please meet in the chapel next Sunday, August 16 immediately following the morning service. Also, if you would like to support the ministry financially, please mark your gift, “Breakfast of Champions.” See Ricky Moon with any questions.
New Church year begins September 1st
If you have not already turned in a form for the Nominating Committee, please pick up one from the bulletin stations and fill it out. Forms are also available in your Sunday school class today. This is such an important help to the committee as they must have a response from each person listed on the form. So, please do not assume they know you want to continue serving in your position. If you do not turn in a form, you will receive a call. Thank you for your cooperation!
