There will be an informational meeting in the fellowship hall on Sunday, September 7 following the morning service to discuss a mission trip for all ages to Nicaragua in the summer of 2015. For more information, please visit chosenchildrenministries.org.
We are trying something new in our church nursery. We have workers during the morning service and different workers during the evening service. We are asking for additional volunteers to help out on a rotation basis. You could volunteer to help in the morning or evening, but you would not miss both services in one day. We will be collecting school supplies for our Inman area schools for the next several weeks. Some needed items are: #2 pencils, colored pencils, crayons (24 count), glue sticks (not bottles), blunt tip scissors, metal zipper pencil pouches, marble composition notebooks, 3-ring binder notebooks, dry erase markers, hand sanitizer and backpacks. We will also shop for supplies if you would like to donate money. Thank you!

The WMU Georgia Belles will begin our monthly meetings in the fellowship hall on Tuesday, September 2, at 6:30 pm. Make plans to join us for this time of mission planning and fellowship.
The Girls In Action (GA’s) will resume weekly meetings on Wednesday, August 20, at 6:45 pm. This would be a great time for girls, Grades 1 – 6, to come learn more about missions.
All senior adults are invited to our monthly luncheon in the fellowship hall on Thursday, August 14, at 12:00 pm. Please bring a covered dish and join us for this time of fellowship!
We have a very important mission ahead of us. Children need to wear tennis shoes and bring a towel and bathing suit. Our assignment is to tidy up a few yards of church members going through difficult times. Upon completion of our mission, we will celebrate at THE HILL for the world’s BEST slip n slide! Be sure not to miss this important assignment, 8/22/14 @ 5:30 pm. We need you!
