The WMU Georgia Belles will meet in the fellowship hall on Monday, February 2, at 6:30 pm. All ladies are invited to join us for this time of fellowship and mission planning.

We will have our “Souper Sunday” on February 1, at 5:00 pm in the fellowship hall. Everyone is asked to bring canned goods for our food pantry to help feed the less fortunate in our area. We look forward to this time of fellowship!

The theme of this special study will be prayer. Due to our “Souper Sunday” event, I will begin this study with two Sunday morning messages on February 1 and February 8. Our evening studies will be on February 8, at 6:00 pm. We look forward to this time of study!Brother Jack

On Sunday, January 25, we honor Rev. & Mrs. Jack Hames as we celebrate their 15th anniversary of service to our church.

The sermon topic for Sunday morning is “What If It Were Today?” – 1 Thessalonians 4:13 – 18. Sunday evening will be our Singspiration Service.

The youth will be handing out M&M containers. Please take a container, enjoy the M&M’s, fill it with quarters and return it back to the church by Sunday, January 25. Thanks for your support!

• Friday, January 16, 5:30 pm

The youth will be going to Hendersonville for a fun time of snow tubing. We will return back to the church at 10:30 pm. Don’t miss it!

• Friday, February 6

The youth group will be going to Winter Jam in Greenville. Please let Chuck know no later than Sunday, January 25 if you plan to attend so tickets can be ordered.

If you are currently teaching King’s Kids, we will have a brief meeting January 11, at 5:30 pm in the Children’s Church Room. King’s Kids meet during the Sunday evening service and is available for children ages 5 – 12. If you would be interested in volunteering on a rotation basis, please feel free to join our meeting.

Anyone interested in joining the choir is invited to come to our practice on Wednesday, January 28 following prayer service. We would love to have you join us!

The Sunday evening choir will begin January 11, at 5:40 pm in the chapel. Anyone who enjoys singing is encouraged to participate. Hope to see you there!
