Travis will be singing at a men’s banquet in Spartanburg on Saturday, August 17, at 6:00 pm. The speaker will be Ricky McFarlin, founder of Casting for Christ. Ricky is also a former fisherman with Bass Masters. Cost is free and includes dinner. Let Travis know today by August 11 if you would like to go with him.
The youth will leave after the service on August 11 for a afternoon of swimming at the home of Rick & Ruth Moon.
Children are invited to join us Sunday, August 25, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. We will go to ChuckEChesse! Cost is free! Please sign up on the children’s activity board.
Our church has always helped area schools by collecting items needed in the classroom. The list has been modified this year to those items used all year long. If you would like to help, bring any of the items listed below no later than Sunday, August 18. Thank you for loving on our kids in this way! Needed items are: pencil pouches, Crayola crayons, colored pencils, wide-ruled notebook paper, dry erase markers, blunt tip scissors, Clorox wipes and Kleenex.
We will not have an evening service on Easter Sunday.
All ladies are invited to our next meeting in the fellowship hall on Monday, April 1, at 6:30 pm. Remember, we will be putting together the shut-in Easter baskets. Don’t miss this time of fellowship and mission planning!

Please pray for our men’s prison team as they will make their next visit to the prison on Friday, April 5. You are asked to be at the church at 6:30 pm and we will have a time of prayer before we leave. Please note we will not have our Tuesday evening prayer times during the summer months.
