Our church has been asked to gather items for a summer camp sponsored by School District One. The camp is for elementary aged children to provide additional learning experiences to aid in their education. If you would like to help, please bring the following items to the church and leave in the cross hall. Thanks for helping our children in this way!

The AM sermon topic is “Spirits That Can Rob” – Matthew 9:18-22, 13:58. The PM is the Mid-Winter Bible Conference, “Eternal Truths – The Hereafter” – John 11:25.

On Wednesday, January 31,  following prayer meeting, the choir will begin working on the Easter music. All choir members are needed, and we would welcome any new singers that would like to join us. Please come and help us praise our Lord in song!

• WMU Georgia Belles will meet on Monday, February 5, at 6:30 pm

• Senior Adults will have lunch on Thursday, February 8, at 12:00 pm. Bring a covered dish.

• Men’s Brotherhood Breakfast will be Sunday, February11, at 7:30 am.

Plan to join us for Souper Sunday on February 4, at 5:00 pm in the fellowship hall. Volunteers are needed to make soup/stews to bring for this event. Please sign up in the church office if you can bring a soup/stew, crackers or cornbread. You may also bring finger foods. Drinks will be provided.

The AM sermon topic is “Jesus’ Interruptions” – Mark 7:24-30 and the PM service begins the Mid-Winter Bible Conference, Eternal Truths – The Hereafter – Luke 19:10.

The AM topic is “A Modern Picture” – Matthew 24:4-14.
The PM topic is “A Model Church” – 1 Thessalonians 1:2-10.

Hey Kids ages 5 – 12! Come go roller skating on Sunday, January 28. We will leave the church at 3:00 pm. You must sign up the children’s activity board if you plan to go no later than Wednesday, January 24.  Cost? FREE! Don’t forget your socks.

Reminder: Active Shooter Class is on Tuesday, January 16, at    6:00 pm at Crossroads Baptist Church in Spartanburg. We will leave the church at 5:15 pm if you would like to ride the church bus.

The cost will be $10 each for adults and $5 each for children 8 and under. Tickets will be available beginning Wednesday , January 10th. You must have a ticket in order to attend and space will be limited. So plan to get your tickets early! You don’t want to miss this night of fun!
