During our December worship services, there will be a time for children or anyone to come and place your Lottie Moon Christmas Offering in the manger in the front of the church. We’re excited about reaching our goal of $8,000.00 and even going beyond!  Candles will be lit for each $1,000 received. So please pray about your part in this special offering for foreign missions.

All men are invited to our Brotherhood Prayer Breakfast on Sunday, December 13, at 7:30 am in the fellowship hall. Join us!

The Nicaragua Mission Team will meet in the chapel next Sunday, December 13 following the morning worship service.

All senior adults are invited to our monthly luncheon on Thursday, December 10, at 12:00 pm in the fellowship hall. Everyone is asked to bring a covered dish and join us for this time of fellowship!

Please remember if you adopted a Christmas Angel, all gifts need to be labeled with the child’s name and placed in the parlor no later than Sunday, December 13.

The topic for the Sunday morning service is “The Marks of Discipleship” – John 20:24-29; Galatians 6:17. 

We will have a Super Sundae Ice Cream fellowship in the fellowship hall this evening at 5:00 pm. If you can bring a churn of ice cream, please sign up in the church office today. Thanks for your help for this fun time of fellowship!

Our summertime gospel music celebration will be Sunday, July 12, at 6:00 pm. The choir will be singing some of your “all-time favorites,” and our own talented members are asked to participate as well. Help spread the word and invite others to attend!

Reaching out to others in need is what we are called to do as Christians. Our current outreach is for the Hospice House of Landrum. This is such a precious and tender ministry for families. With this in mind, we are collecting:

• Strawberry Ensure (for the home bound patients)
• Facial Tissues
• Money

(Mark your gift Hospice to purchase frozen casseroles/meals for families at the Hospice Home.)
