We will have Parent-Child Dedication on Sunday, May 8, at 11:00 am. Please turn in the names of children who have not previously been dedicated to the church office no later than May 4.

It’s time for us to show our appreciation and support for our local schools. Please bring individually wrapped candies, granola bars, trail mix, and any other snacks to the church. These items will be delivered to our teachers, and we will show the love of Christ because we care. If you prefer, money will be received and we will do the shopping for you. Mark your gift ‘teacher’.

We will have our VBS Planning Meeting on Sunday, May 1, at 5:00 pm in the fellowship hall. If you would like to help, please plan to attend. The dates for VBS are Sunday, June 12 – Thursday, June 16. Get submerged in God’s love!

We have the awesome opportunity to carry Christ into this school and impact the lives of these students. We have been averaging 80 each week! Your help is needed to serve breakfast, pray, speak, and just love on the students. If you can help, please let Travis know.

The choir has begun working on music for the spring/summer. Now would be a great time to get a fresh start singing with us. Come join us on Wednesday after prayer service in the choir room. We look forward to seeing you there!

The youth will be going to Greenville to see The Winter Jam Movie on Tuesday, April 19. We will leave the church at 6:00 pm. Please sign up on the youth activity board if you plan to attend.

The topic for the morning worship service is “The Feeling of Lostness” – Luke 15:1-10. Please remember the dinner at 5:00 pm to celebrate Travis’ 20th Anniversary here at IMBC as our Minister of Music. It will be a special time!

Rev. Hames will be on vacation April 11 – 17. Jerry Bridges will lead in our mid-week prayer service on April 13. Dr. Alastair Walker will fill the pulpit at both services on April 17. Please pray and support these men with  your attendance.

We have an exciting event coming up on Sunday, April 24, at 6:00 pm. This will be an evening of some of your favorite gospel songs with the Lockhart Trio (Jimmy, Margaret and Travis Smith). Invite others to attend this special evening of praise to our Lord Jesus.
