We have a new Sunday school class that will begin Sunday, June7th at 10:00 am.  This class will be for anyone who may be looking for a relaxed small group setting and class participation and discussion will be welcomed.  It will be a mix of ages, men and women, singles and couples.  If you have any questions, please call Bo Settle or Champ Champion.

The sermon topic for Sunday morning is “A Mother’s Heart” – Matthew 20:20-21. No evening service on Mother’s Day.

On May 3rd at 5:15 pm, we will continue our series of prayer times, praying for the church from Top to Bottom. This week, we will pray for our Music Ministry and will meet in the choir room for a specific time of quiet prayer. Join us and be a part of this call to prayer.

The sermon topic for the morning service is “Have No Fear, It Is I” – Matthew 14:22-36

We will be baptising in the evening service followed by a reception in the fellowship hall for Chuck and Selena Davis.

We will be gathering snack items to take to local teachers to show our appreciation to them. Please bring: granola bars, cheese crackers, individual bags of chips, candies, lifesavers, etc. These items will be taken to the schools that our church supports in prayer and in ministry. The deadline to bring items is Sunday, May 3. Thank you for your help in our partnership with our local schools!

We will have this special time of dedication on Sunday, May 10, at 11:00 am. This is open to any child who has never been in a dedication service. Please call the church office to let them know of a child or grandchild who will be participate. Thank you!

We continue our series of prayer times on Sunday, April 26 by praying for our Sunday School. We will meet in the Home Improvement Class, located on the second floor near the choir room, for a specific time of quiet prayer. Join us and be a part of this call to prayer.

We will have a special baptismal service at 6:00 pm. We will then go into the fellowship room to show our appreciation to Chuck and Selena for their years of leadership to our church, and especially our youth, and to offer support and prayers in their continued ministry in the Lord’s work.
