Plan to join us on Wednesday, October 20, from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm in the Hames Family Life Center for a delicious hot dog supper prepared by WMU Georgia Belles. All proceeds will go to our Family Life Center. The cost is:

Plate with 1 hot dog $5.00
Plate with 2 hot dogs $7.00

Each plate will include slaw, chips, drink and choice of a dessert. You can purchase tickets from any WMU lady or you can also get them in the church office.  Following the meal, we will have our Wednesday night bible study in the Family Life Center beginning at 6:45 pm.

Our Trunk or Treat ALWAYS has hundreds of people in attendance and this is an opportunity for us to show the love of Christ to them. Outreach, it is all about reaching others. We need 20 decorated trunks in the new parking lot at the Jack and Dottie Hames Family Life Center. Email or sign up at the office or on the front pews. Your help is needed to make this a huge success!

CANDY NEEDED

In preparation for our Trunk or Treat, we need large bags of individually wrapped candy. Please bring candy and place on the ministry table in the cross hall. Thank you.

A church work day will be on Saturday, October 16, at 8:00 am to do a few needed improvements inside and outside our church. We will need a few pressure washers, shovels and rakes if you can bring any of those items. Everyone is invited to come, as there will be a job for all ages!

Make plans now to join us in the fellowship hall on Thursday, October 14, at 12:00 pm for our next senior adult luncheon. Please bring a covered dish for this time of fun time of fellowship!

All Sunday school teachers, co-teachers and assistants are asked to meet in the fellowship hall on Wednesday, October 6, at 7:30 pm following prayer service for an important meeting.  Thank you! Dennis McDowell

Each year, the churches in our North Spartan Baptist Association gather needed items for the Children’s Home. This year, our church has been asked to collect bottles of Clorox. We will collect this item until the fall meeting on October 28.
