We would like to thank everyone who came out and supported our youth during their car wash fundraiser. All youth going on the SeeSalt and Missions Summer Camp are asked to meet in the fellowship hall on Sunday, June 12, immediately following the worship service. The youth will participate in mission work serving in the following areas: Senior Center, Construction and Food Banks in the Myrtle Beach area. Please be in  prayer for Y 4 J as we attend SeeSalt June 20 – 24. Thank you!

The topic for the morning worship service is “You Are Rich” – 1 Corinthians 3:18-23. The evening service will be the third and final sermon, “In Search of God’s Will” – Ephesians 2:10; Psalm 37:23.

We will have our final VBS meeting Sunday, June 5, at 5:15 pm in the fellowship hall for ALL those helping in VBS. You  may pick up your t-shirts as this time. Please be in prayer as we plan and prepare for the boys and girls that will be in attendance. Thank you!

We have classes for ages 3 through adults. Parents, plan to bring your children and stay for the adult class. You will receive a blessing!

Please pray for our prison team as they minister to the inmates at the prison on Friday, June 3. Our time of prayer will be on Tuesday, May 31. Thank you

Please bring a covered dish and join us for our senior adult luncheon on Thursday, June 9, at 12:00 pm in the fellowship hall. It will be a great time!

Please note the WMU Georgia Belles will not meet during the summer months of June, July and August.

The sermon topic for the AM service is “God’s Serious Warning” – 2 Chronicles 7:12-15; Deuteronomy 30:17-20. The PM topic is “In Search of God’s Will II” – Acts 9:3-6; Ephesians 2:10.

The AM sermon topic is “The Reality of Love” – Mark 1:40-45. The PM topic is “In Search of God’s Will” – I Kings 19:11-12; Acts 9:6.

All ladies who have received tickets are reminded of our banquet Monday, May 16th at 6:30 pm at the Bird House at Mountain View. There will be testimonies from Tammy Lane and Kathleen Mosley. Our soloist will be Peggy Cotney. Should you wish to ride with someone, please let the church office know. We have ladies who are offering transportation. If you have extra tickets that will not be used, please give them to Wanda Fine on Sunday, May 16th.
